"note": "LIVE APPEND-ONLY STATE, not a frozen file. sha256_at_reset is this file's whole-file value at the reset boundary and is EXPECTED to diverge as new per-game commitments append; do not assert whole-file equality against it. What must hold forever: every entry whose committed_utc is at or before baseline_cutoff_utc is still present and byte-identical, and there are exactly entry_count_at_reset of them. baseline_entries_sha256 is the sha256 of the sorted [[game_key, sha256(entry)]] pairs for that subset, so a deletion, a mutation, or a back-dated insertion into the pre-reset window all change it. Verified by selftest_reset.py."
